Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. For rush orders, please contact our office with your request, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Extra charges may apply.

Return Policy:
You may return items sold by Arabian Boutique within 14 days. Please email us at info@arabianboutique.com or call us at 604-839-3366 to state your intent of return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Please include a copy of the receipt & the return confirmation number along with the Product. To qualify for return, items must not have been damaged, worn or laundered, and all items must be returned with the original tag. You are responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
You will be notified via email and/or telephone as to how your return/exchange is being handled. Any funds owed towards an exchange will also be handled at that time.
Please allow 72 hrs for a credit to be posted to your account. You will be emailed a confirmation receipt of credit upon posting. If you do not receive an email towards credit, please contact us.
